PRODUCER / ASSOCIATE PRODUCER
Umbra Dynamics | Dundee / Hybrid / UK Remote | Full-time or Project-based

WHAT YOU’LL DO
We’re looking for a Producer or Associate Producer to keep our small team organised, unblock delivery and keep the project moving with clear priorities and realistic planning
— without drowning everyone in process.

WHAT YOU NEED
- Experience in games production or closely related interactive / software development
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Experience with Jira, Linear, Trello or similar
- Good understanding of game-development pipelines across art, engineering and design
- Ability to manage multiple priorities without losing sight of what matters
- Comfortable working with developers to estimate and track progress
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to identify risks and blockers before they escalate
- Confident communicating with technical and non-technical people
- Comfortable in a small team where responsibilities overlap

NICE TO HAVE
* Unity project experience
* Coordinating external partners or contractors
* Agile, Scrum or Kanban familiarity without dogma
* Milestone submissions for clients, publishers or funding partners
* Shipped a game or interactive product
* Start-up, indie or small-studio experience

Small independent studio in Dundee, Scotland. Real ownership, Hybrid preferred; UK remote considered for exceptional candidates.
