UNITY ENGINEER

WHAT YOU’LL DO
We’re looking for an experienced Unity Engineer to build gameplay systems, tools and underlying technology for a polished real-time 3D experience
— with focus on performance, data-driven systems and large interactive environments.
WHAT YOU NEED
- Strong professional experience with Unity
- Excellent C# knowledge
- Good understanding of software architecture and maintainable game-code practices
- Experience developing gameplay systems from prototype to production
- Experience profiling and optimising Unity projects
- Good understanding of Unity’s rendering, physics, animation and asset systems
- Experience working closely with 3D artists and designers
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable taking ownership of features and shipping them
- Ability to work effectively in a small, collaborative team
NICE TO HAVE
* Data-driven gameplay systems
* External API, SDK or live data service integration
* Large outdoor environments, terrain or world streaming
* Unity Scriptable Render Pipeline (URP / HDRP)
* Shader or Shader Graph experience
* Physics-heavy or simulation-based gameplay
* Multiplayer, leaderboards or online services
* Internal Unity Editor tools
* Automated builds, CI/CD or source-control workflows
* Shipped games on PC, console or mobile
