We back artistic vision, push boundaries, and believe in doing things differently.</p><p class="MsoNormal">We’re looking for a <strong>Senior Marketing Manager</strong> to take ownership of marketing strategy and execution across multiple games within our portfolio, including early access, live service and back catalogue titles. You’ll have a deep understanding of the nuance of the video game marketing landscape, alongside a genuine well-formed appreciation of culture and how video games interact with other parts of the cultural spectrum.</p><p class="MsoNormal">This is a broad role for someone who can move comfortably between creative thinking, commercial decision-making and data. You’ll understand how to build and execute a marketing plan, but just as importantly, how to interrogate its performance and change direction when something isn’t working.</p><p class="MsoNormal">Experience working on live service projects and early access launches is <strong>highly desired</strong>. You’ll understand that launching a game is only one moment in its lifecycle, and know how to build marketing strategies that continue to engage players, support growth and create momentum over time.</p><p class="MsoNormal"><strong>Success in this role looks like:</strong></p><ul><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Building clear, effective marketing strategies that connect creative ambition with audience and commercial goals.</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Using data to understand performance, communicate ROI and make better decisions about where we focus our time and investment.</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Creating sustained momentum around games beyond launch, particularly across, early access, live service and back catalogue titles.</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Giving the people you manage clarity, ownership and direct, useful feedback that helps them do their best work.</p></li></ul><p class="MsoNormal"><strong>What you’ll do</strong></p><ul><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Own marketing strategy, planning and execution across multiple games and projects.</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Develop and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns spanning positioning, audience, campaigns, channels and ongoing player engagement.</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Lead marketing thinking for live service, early access and back catalogue titles, identifying opportunities to acquire, engage and retain players throughout the lifecycle of a game.</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Clearly communicate marketing performance and ROI to stakeholders and partner studios.</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Work closely with Creative, Social, PR, Production, studios and external partners to bring integrated campaigns to life.</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Balance multiple games and priorities, making clear decisions about where focus and resource will have the greatest impact.</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Identify opportunities within our back catalogue and develop marketing approaches that give great games a longer life.</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Manage and develop team members, setting clear expectations and providing confident, direct and constructive feedback.</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Challenge established thinking where needed and create space to experiment with different approaches.</p></li></ul><p class="MsoNormal"><strong>Priority Skills</strong></p><ul><li class="MsoNormal"><p>A marketing generalist able to work across the full media mix from PR, to influencers, paid media and CRM.</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Experience working within a publisher, studio or similar portfolio rich environment.</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Experience working with back catalogue titles and identifying opportunities beyond the initial launch window is highly advantageous.</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Comfortable operating with significant ownership and a broad scope.</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Able to make decisions with imperfect information and adapt quickly as circumstances change.</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>A confident people manager who gives clear, direct and constructive feedback.</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Brings an indie mindset and appetite for experimentation, alongside experience of operating at meaningful scale.</p></li></ul><p class="MsoNormal"><strong>Key requirements</strong></p><ul><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Significant experience in product marketing or a similarly broad marketing role, ideally with some experience across broader culture and entertainment brands.</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Knowledge and experience of working with marketing tools on gaming platforms (including but not limited to Steam).</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Proven experience marketing and growing live service games.</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Experience owning marketing strategy and execution across multiple products or projects simultaneously.</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Experience working across the full marketing mix rather than within a single specialist channel.</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Previous people management experience.</p></li></ul><p class="MsoNormal"><strong>Our Values</strong></p><p class="MsoNormal"><strong>Experimentation:</strong> We challenge the norm, stay curious, and move with confidence into the unknown.</p><p class="MsoNormal"><strong>Kindness:</strong> We believe how we treat people matters.
