If you’re passionate about crafting responsive, immersive gameplay systems and love solving technical challenges, we want to hear from you!</p><p><strong>W</strong><strong>hat you’ll be doing</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul> <li>Writing high-performance, scalable, and maintainable code</li> <li>Solving tricky debugging and optimisation challenges </li> <li>Making sure networking runs like a dream in multiplayer environments </li> <li>Guiding and mentoring other engineers to level up their skills </li> <li>Collaborating with designers and artists to create something amazing </li> </ul><p><strong>What we need from you:</strong> </p><ul> <li>Strong C++ skills and Unreal Engine experience </li> <li>Deep understanding of multiplayer networking </li> <li>A track record of shipping commercial multiplayer games </li> <li>A passion for problem-solving and making things better </li> </ul><p><strong>The Game<br></strong><br>You'll be working on Wardogs, an all-out-warfare multiplayer first person shooter. That means infantry combat, tank warfare, jet dog fighting, and artillery barrages. We play test the game twice a week, so you'll have lots of time to get stuck in and really be a part of the game you're creating.</p>
