We're looking for an experienced recruiter who enjoys building relationships, uncovering great talent and helping teams make confident hiring decisions.

You'll take ownership of recruitment across our UK studio, partnering closely with leaders across Product, Engineering, Production, Art, Design, Creative and Operations to understand hiring needs, develop effective recruiting strategies and attract exceptional people.

Our hiring needs vary depending on the projects we're delivering and where the business is growing. At times you'll be managing permanent hiring alongside fast-moving freelance and project requirements; at others, you'll have more opportunity to focus on talent pipelines, market insight and initiatives that improve how we recruit.

You'll work with a high degree of autonomy and partner with our Talent Acquisition Director on wider hiring priorities and initiatives. Recruiting here isn't always straightforward: priorities can change, requirements aren't always fully defined, and you'll need to be comfortable navigating ambiguity, asking the right questions and using your judgement to keep things moving.

Throughout, you'll work closely with hiring managers as a trusted recruiting partner - providing perspective and insight, challenging assumptions when needed, and helping teams make great hiring decisions.

About Magnopus

Magnopus is an experience-focused technology company founded by a team of Oscar-winning artists, designers and engineers from the worlds of film, games and immersive media.

We create experiences that bring together storytelling, creativity and technology in new ways — from immersive attractions and interactive installations to virtual production, spatial computing, AI-powered experiences and emerging technologies. Our work helps some of the world's most recognisable brands and organisations connect with audiences in ways that weren't previously possible.

We've built experiences for millions of people around the world and continue to explore what's possible at the intersection of creativity, technology and human connection.

Though we've delivered a lot of incredible work, here are just a few examples you can explore yourself:

Metallica: Music Experience in UEFN Mission: ISS Alo Moves XR World of Fallout Daft Punk Experience, Fortnite The Wizard of Oz at Sphere

We're proud of the work we create, but we're equally proud of how we create it. Magnopus is built around collaboration, curiosity and respect. We believe great ideas can come from anywhere, and we strive to create an environment where talented people can learn, grow and do some of the best work of their careers.

Behind every great project is a team that enables it. Whether you're supporting Finance, People, Talent Acquisition, Operations or Business Development, you'll play an important role in helping our teams do their best work and ensuring Magnopus continues to grow sustainably as a global business.
