Support local statutory filings for the UK entity and liaise with external auditors and local advisors as required.</span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Ad Hoc: Supporting ad hoc reporting, projects and continuous improvement initiatives as required</span></p></li></ul><p><span>Areas of accountability.</span></p></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with IFRS.</span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Support HQ financial close and audit processes.</span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Partner confidently with stakeholders and explain financial information clearly</span></p></li></ul></div><div><p></p><p><span><strong>Who you are:</strong></span></p></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Part or newly qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with accounting experience.</span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Proven track record in managing complex financial operations, including international subsidiaries.</span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span>IFRS multi-currency experience required.</span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.</span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Experience of working with auditors to complete statutory audits;</span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Experience owning period-end close and ensuring balance sheet integrity through robust reconciliations</span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Practical experience with VAT compliance and statutory accounts processes.</span></p></li></ul></div></div><div><div><ul><li><p><span>NetSuite and Tagetik experience is a bonus.</span></p></li></ul></div><p></p></div><p><strong>What can you expect during the Interview Process:</strong></p><p><span>For the HQ Financial Accountant role, there will be an initial screening call with Jess Pearce, People Partner, then we plan to have 3 stages of interviews. We have outlined below what you can expect from each:</span></p><div><p><span><strong>Stage 1:</strong> For the first stage, you’ll meet with Isma Sheikh, HQ Finance Manager and Dhuv Arumuganesan, Senior Finance Director for a competency-based interview where the team will explore your skills and experience, whilst providing more information about the role.</span></p><p><span><strong>Stage 2:</strong> [In person if possible] You’ll have a technical interview with Isma and Ahsan (Senior Group Finance Manager). This will be a technical-based interview, which will test your knowledge on complex accounting processes, knowledge of tax and regulations, and reporting responsibilities.</span></p><p><span><strong>Stage 3:</strong> A values interview with two people from the broader business, outside of your immediate team, exploring alignment with Kepler's values.</span></p><p><span>Please be aware there may be some slight changes to the interview teams and order of interviews depending on availability — we will give you full details with ample time ahead of each conversation.</span></p></div><p></p><p><strong>How can we support you?</strong></p><p>We want to set you up for success and make our recruitment process as accessible as possible for you.
