HundredStar Games is an independent video game developer based in Hackney Wick, East London, founded by Jamie Walker and Sefton Hill, previous founders of Rocksteady and the creative leadership team behind Rocksteady’s Batman Arkham series.

Growing to a maximum of 100 people over the next few years, we’re doing things differently at HundredStar, so we can focus on making great games and building meaningful connections with those we work with.

Our company culture and way of working is unique to the industry and encourages leadership at all levels, autonomy, accountability, team support, sharing vulnerability, and building context, connection, and treating people well.

We’re a hybrid studio, with everyone working in studio Tuesday through Thursday, with Mondays and Fridays open to WFH within the UK.

We're always keen to hear from talented, passionate people, even when we're not actively expanding our Studio team!

Spanning Finance, Admin, HR and Recruitment, our Studio team is the beating heart of the studio.

They're the people who keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes - making sure the numbers add up, the office feels like a place people actually want to be, and everyone has what they need to do their best work. From welcoming new starters and supporting the team through development, to finding and bringing in the talent that shapes our future, they impact every part of studio life.
