HundredStar Games is an independent video game developer based in Hackney Wick, East London, founded by Jamie Walker and Sefton Hill, previous founders of Rocksteady and the creative leadership team behind Rocksteady’s Batman Arkham series.

Growing to a maximum of 100 people over the next few years, we’re doing things differently at HundredStar, so we can focus on making great games and building meaningful connections with those we work with.

Our company culture and way of working is unique to the industry and encourages leadership at all levels, autonomy, accountability, team support, sharing vulnerability, and building context, connection, and treating people well.

We’re a hybrid studio, with everyone working in studio Tuesday through Thursday, with Mondays and Fridays open to WFH within the UK.

We're always keen to hear from talented, passionate people, even when we're not actively expanding our Gameplay Animation team!

Our Gameplay Animators focus on bringing our characters to life, helping to create dynamic gameplay animations that elevate how the player experiences our games. They bring an awareness of weight and responsiveness to every movement conveyed, adding a deeper layer of immersion for players.

Working closely with the design and engineering teams, our Animators craft animations that aren't just beautiful to watch but satisfying extensions to gameplay, blending artistry with the technical demands of real-time play.
