Campaign Manager [contract]

About the Role  
As Campaign Manager / Producer, you'll play a central role in bringing the Squadron 42 launch campaign to life. Y ou'll manage the day-to-day delivery of campaign activity across a range of high-profile media and brand partners . This is a fast-moving, high-visibility contract role at a pivotal moment for the studio.

What you'll do:  

• Work closely with our Marketing team supporting them in shaping and delivering our campaign vision  

• Lead end-to-end production of campaign deliverables across multiple external partners, ensuring assets, timelines, and approvals are managed efficiently  

• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for media and brand partners including managing briefs, feedback loops, and delivery schedules  

• Work cross-functionally with creative, brand, sales, and production teams to align campaign output  

• Track campaign milestones and proactively flag risks, keeping all stakeholders informed and delivery on track  

• Review and quality-check partner deliverables against briefs  

• Support post-campaign reporting by collating partner performance data and key outputs  

• Travel as required to support partner meetings, press events, and campaign activations  

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience producing marketing or media campaigns, ideally within games, entertainment, or a fast-paced creative environment  

• Strong track record managing external partners and high-profile media relationships  

• Highly organised with excellent project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple workstreams simultaneously  

• Comfortable working at pace on a time-critical launch campaign  

• Willing and able to travel as required  

• Clear, confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills  

• A genuine interest in games or the Star Citizen / Squadron 42 universe is a plus
